Technical Support Specialist International Voice required with the following skill set:
- Excellent Spoken English skills is a MUST
- Minimum of 1 Year of International BPO Experience is a MUST.
- Sound Technical Skills - Windows OS, MS Office, Knowledge of computer hardware, network and Internet services
- Ability to analyze and solve customer queries over the phone ( INBOUND, NO SALES )
- Excellent communication skills with ability to manage customer conversation ensuring confidence, clarity and ability to build rapport.
- Strong interpersonal skills & Strong analytical skills.
- Keyboard & PC Literate (User level knowledge of Microsoft
- Operating Systems including simple networking and wireless) .
- Aptitude for understanding and quick learning of new technology.
- 5 days/week (2 Week Offs)
- Free Pick-Up & Drop facility provided with Security Guard (As Per Company Policy)
